Tâm’ s had almost 30 years of professional experience in Branding, Communications, Training and People Development, working for renowned Multinational companies operating in Vietnam such as Unilever, Prudential, Navigos Group & Vietnamworks.com… and her own Training Company named Unity (www.unity.com.vn) which she started in 2009 (Training – Coaching – Healing).

Tam’s passion lies in People Development. At Unity, she has been successfully providing Corporate Training & Coaching services for more than 10 years. As a Professional Trainer and a Certified Career Coach, Life Coach, EQ Coach, self-love Coach and Health Coach, she is always committed to support individuals, especially leaders and teams in developing the skills and behaviors they need to achieve higher performance while finding fun, fulfillment, and financial rewards in their work at all stages of their career. Besides, helping them build a more happy and balanced life through a healthy lifestyle and self-love journey is her happiness.

Tam is also passionate about using Psychometric tools in her Training & Coaching activities and she is qualified to use quite a few popular tools such as Psycho-Geometrics, MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator , Strong Interest Inventory, TKI, EQ-I 2.0… She strongly believes that using these psychometric tools properly can communicate powerful, insightful but also fun messages about how people behave, as a means to develop their social and emotional relationships skills; enhance their teamwork performance; build their Management and Leadership skills in the multicultural and diverse work environments.

She is also the founder of the program “Career Coaching for Community” which is organized as “Pay It Forward” Model. For the past 10 years, she has opened the “Coach the Coach” program (free of charge) for those who are passionate about career coaching and want to become a career coach to help others. “Pay It Forward” is the principle of the program, in which she has devoted herself to coach and develop the “Career Coach” team unconditionally. In turn, the “Career Coach” who graduated from her program will help those who need career orientation or who get stuck in their career… and they, of course, help their coachee unconditionally.
As a result, she now has a team of professional coach who can help her provide free career coaching services for those who are struggling in their career path but cannot afford a coaching program. Over the past 8 years, she and the “Career Coach” team have helped hundreds of people in finding their dream job so that they have positively changed, worked with enthusiasm and lived a meaningful life…
